I think the Radar has a slight edge over the Nokia on the Music department. With SRS sound enhancement you can really hear the bass and the music sounds 'fuller' somehow
HTC Radar does not have compass.
By the way, the Radar does have Wifi tethering for up to 5 devices.  Am I missing something here? still can't figure out how the Nokia rates a 10 vs a 1 for the Radar in the photo/video department: camera5 MPvs5 MPThey both have camerasflashYesvsYesBoth have camera flashessecondary cameraUnknownvs0.3 MPmovie format720p @ 30fpsvs720pHD (720p) videovideo outNonevsNoneNeither have video output to connect to TVs etc
Why not compare hardware buttons (volume, power, etc) also?  HTC's are terrible compared to Samsung and others usually.
Windows OS is good if you want to use it for Corporate emails and calendar appointments. It syncs beautifully with Exchange and shows threaded email conversations.
T-Moble said Lumia 710 did NOT have a FM radio, does it? Keyboard Rotates but not in GPS mode, another half baked product, can a firmware update fix this? I would buy it if it were Android, is Windows OS any good?
I'm not sure how Radar is runner-up.  Nokia battery life is not better, browsing is not better and talk time is not better AND no FF camera.
