You also forgot to mention that 4g is only usefull in large US citys. There is no 4G anywhere else so unless you live in a large US city, you will only get 3g. The processor in the DX2 is also a very well known, tested, quality, reliable dual core processor. Most users would never notice a differance between the two phones unless you were a serious power user. The quality of the motorola droid phones is the best in the world. The newer phones as of may 2012 really dont do much more than the original droid x because the original droid x was made so solid and future proofed to the max. It's like the differerance between a high dollar gaming computer or just a good solid computer. Which one will you need? A DX2 is only $49 at verizon right now and it is an increadable phone that use to be the flag ship smart phone.
The Droid X2 camera also utilizes a mechanical shutter, offering superior still image quality vs. the Bionic
i think you forgot the part where you can get an x2 for $180 compared to the bionic at $600. And the bionic has more bloatware, you will notice in any task killer that they both have the same amount of free ram at around 300mb. And they both score 2400 in quadrant.
