u fool ..800mhz is smaller than 1.4 ghz ..n u will say abt dualcore well iphone has shitty dual core than sony. it is not reliable..
You do know with multicore processors you can't just multiply the clock speed by the number of cores, right?
Memory, only 1Gb for the Arc S ??? I receive my Arc S with a micro SD of 8 Go and I am able to upgrade it if I need more ressources... Network, nothing about ANT+ ??? It's a like bluetooth at the difference that ANT+ use less energy.

Lol no, having a dual core processor makes your device more stable when running big applications, not faster. Obviously, when it's about stability, a single core will run only one or two big applications without getting a low performance and a dual core can hold more applications without loosing a high speed. So, a dual core processor is faster when running lots of aps or big apps.
apple is no longer winner in mobile phones... especially in comparison with xperia ... bravia engine - high resolution - nice design +++ - bigger screen and much more ...
Whoever wrote this is naive. They didn't take much time to look back to see if what they were saying made logical sense. "For example, it says, "The iPhone 4S has very long talk time, while the Xperia arc S is average". The next line says:"The Xperia arc S has average standby time per battery charge, but the iPhone 4S's talk time is really poor".This person also likes to throw around the word 'average' a lot when he/she does not give any reference to what 'average' is. I would also like to point out the iPhone 4S has the A5 chip, meaning it is dual core. Although it only is clocked at .8GHz, it has two cores. This means that altogether, the processer has 1.6GHz of processing power putting it ahead of the Arc because it is able to mangage the power more efficiently with the two cores, but still able to trump it at the same time. As a note to whoever wrote this, I think that you should judge the phones on a more broad spectrum of criteria as it seems to currently be narrow-minded. Thank-you, however.

i have both of them, xperia is much better and more functional phone, software is working without freezing (iphone at least twice times in day, you cant answer the incoming call, it turns off by himself) and it is faster to send music or files to pc
